How fit do you have to be to take part?

Down arrow

Providing you are able to swim 50 metres and you have no current health issues or injuries preventing you from taking part in physical activity you can participate.

We have a wide range of wetsuits to cater for all shapes and sizes.

What are the age limits?

Down arrow

The minimum age for our Sea Kayaking Day Trips is 14 years old. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian on the activity.

What do I need to bring?

Down arrow

Please bring a towel, warm clothes for getting changed into afterwards, sunscreen, and water. We recommend you arrive with swimwear on (for under your wetsuit) as it makes it easier to get changed at the beach.

What if the sea is rough?

Down arrow

All of our day trips begin in sheltered flat water so you can get to grips with the kayak in a calm environment. The sea kayaks will cut through a light swell and this can be part of the fun, however we will never run activities in open-water in unsuitable conditions.
