Had some amazing surf lessons with Blue Coast Cullen. Toby is a great, knowledgeable instructor who gave me lots of helpful tips, not only on surfing but also on water safety. I had lots of fun and the whole experience - from booking my lessons, receiving a reminder and to the lessons themselves - was fantastic. Fantastic hire experience at the self serve surf shack. Toby was on hand to provide us with all the equipment and information we needed. I have been to lessons with Toby before and he is a very friendly and knowledgeable instructor. A great day out for the family most of whom have never surfed before.Easy service to use and a memorable day out. Had great fun and will definitely be back.
I did the Introduction to Paddleboarding session with Toby in Portknockie harbour. The harbour is very well protected and perfect for getting to grips with standing on a board. The instruction was great and suitable for all ages. Thanks for a great time

Beautiful beach with beginners surf. Long stretch of sand and a great food van with a wide range of offerings.
We really enjoyed the coasteering adventure at Portknockie. Toby was a great guide, allowing us to feel safe while climbing, swimming and jumping. We would definitely book again!

I went along for a surfing lesson and really enjoyed it. The instructor was great, really friendly and patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable even as a beginner.
I’ve also been back over the last couple of days to hire a surfboard and wetsuit, and the service has been spot on every time. The equipment was good quality and the staff were always helpful and welcoming.
Would definitely recommend Blue Coast to anyone wanting to learn to surf or just get out on the water around Cullen. I’ll definitely be back! 🏄🌊
My daughter recently attended the 4 day surf camp. The instructors were very accommodating, friendly and supportive. They couldn’t have done more for her. She finished her camp with a boost of confidence and is looking forward to getting back on a surf board soon

This was amazing. Although I spent more time in the water the experience was fabulous. For a first time paddling was brilliant. Did stand up with a lit if patience from kayleigh. Self rescue is hard but was taught the various ways to do this. It is a truly memorable experience and highly recommended. Even the dolphins came for quick hello. Kim
Rayleigh provided not only excellent tuition in using a USP board, she had the patience of a saint assisting those who required it. This allowed not only for all to enjoy, but kept everyone very entertained. I shall most definitely be booking again, looking at a tour next time.
