My 9 year old daughter has been attending the Nippers surfing class. She loves every minute of every lesson. Adam is super with all the kids. Learning new skills at the same time as having a lot of fun. It makes me smile seeing how happy my girl is in the water during her lesson and afterwards.
I was delighted to finally get out with Adam after the weather being unpredictable, which stopped our first few attempts.
Not going to lie I was terrified, even though I had my own SUP Board and was self taught, which is never the best. I’d never been out on such open waters before and was so scared to fall off!
Adam asked of any fears / questions before we started, where he put me at complete ease by explaining everything, and even giving me a go at getting off my board to try to get back on in Portknockie harbour. To my surprise I was actually able to do it! What a confidence boost! And I knew straight away that whatever happened I would be in safe hands. I felt focused and in control of my SUP with in-depth easy to understand instructions from Adam. I felt so spoilt too as other people booked on that day cancelled, so I basically had a one to one lesson & costal tour. Result! And to my delight we went through Bow Fiddle Rock. Such a unique place and thing to do, I was so happy of the opportunity and to be guided by such a professional and very passionate instructor! Keep up the great work Adam I will be back!
Myself and three others had our first ever paddle boarding session with Adam a few weekends ago. We were instantly welcomed and felt comfortable with the lesson ahead.
Adam was very knowledgeable, supportive and non judgmental throughout the two hours. We all felt we learnt a great amount during our time and also thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We experienced a range of activities throughout the morning, from life saving skills, fun races and general paddle boarding skills.
I would highly recommend Blue Coast, Surf and Paddle and can’t wait to book in again! 🤩

Adam is great with the kids, and has endless patience with them. Would recommend Blue Coast without hesitation. Booking online is easy, and commmunication is great.
As a fifty something female on my own i was made to feel comfortable and welcome. This was my first seesion with Blue Coast. Adam is a wonderful instructor. I have done some paddle boarding previously, but honestly learnt so much under his guidance. Safety briefing and basic stuff is well explained on dry land before you enter the water. It was a fun session suitable for all. I will definitely be going again. Highly Recommended.

Myself and my children had a fantastic first time paddleboarding with Adam. Adam is a fantastic instructor, great with children and adults has great patience and always offers reassurance. He explained everything so well. We hope to back soon. Would definitely recommend Adam to anyone planning paddleboarding. Also, Portknockie Harbour was the ideal location.

Adam gave my 8yr old son a surf lesson and a paddleboarding lesson and both were absolutely brilliant! Great value for money as the lessons were a generous 2 hrs long. Adam was very friendly, has a great rapport with kids, is knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher! The communication was good beforehand. Also the equipment was excellent/ very new. We cannot wait to return next time we're in the area!
Booked my two sons into a surf lesson with Adam today and they loved it. The kit was spot on and they managed 2 hours in the North Sea and were not cold at all. Adam showed extreme patience with both boys and they loved the experience. Cullen bay was just perfect too. Really glad we booked this, it was well worthwhile.
A first surf session for my 10 year old nephew. He loved it. The two hours flew by. Adam was super helpful and great with the kids. His wetsuits fitted great, super warm and all pretty new kit. Thoroughly recommend.
Brilliant teaching and very patient with the our young children. Brill experience and kids and adults enjoyed. All equipment was in fantastic condition would highly recommend this to everyone. Would definitely use again.
