Booked for the Stretch & Surf Yoga Day Retreat, having done Yoga but being a bit worried about the surfing in the cold sea, need not have worried it was amazing, great teachers and a fab bunch of like minded girls and boys at the retreat and of coarse the best cosy wet suit a girl could of asked for, didn't even mind falling off and getting soaked, I only wish I had tried this sooner as I'd love to get a few more lessons to try n actually stand up....!!! and really surf, can't wait to book more of these classes, high 5's all round 🌟 100% recommended getting urself to blue coast cullen 💙

I would say 'Blue Coast Surf & Paddle' is the perfect way to be introduced to paddle-boarding. The booking process was simplicity itself, and Adam even allowed me to stipulate the location of my lesson. Which was Portknockie Harbour, as I live in the village. On meeting up at the Harbour, Adam started by explaining the various aspects of paddle-boarding, which was very informative. Once in the water, Adam was constantly explaining and giving advice to each of his 'pupils' in a friendly and clear way. He was constantly attentive and on hand, so at no time did we feel unsafe or left alone. Although at the end of the two hours I felt quite tired, I thoroughly enjoyed this fascinating experience and have learnt an immense amount about this fun and exciting pastime. I feel that Adam and Blue Coast was the perfect choice, as I begin my blissful paddle-board journey over gently lapping waters, the seagulls wheeling overhead, my eyes on the horizon meandering towardsa setting sun..........
We booked the beginner's paddleboarding 2hr course. From the offset communication was excellent even before the lesson. It was an extremely informative lesson, showing/teaching skills required when paddleboarding. The kit issued to us for the activity was great (High-end equipment). Adam was patient, informed, professional and also made it fun too. I would highly recommend this course for a beginner.
Excellent tour round Bow Fiddle Rock and the coastline with Adam. Would definitely recommend.
Really enjoyed Adam's paddle boarding tour around Portknockie and Cullen Bay. Adam is very smiley and friendly which made the whole thing great fun! Very professional and safety conscious too. Would highly recommend an outing with him if you're visiting the area.
