First timer on an SUP and was pretty nervous. Adam was absolutely great at getting us kitted out, delivering safety advice and first class instruction. Had us on our feet and paddling , turning, stopping etc confidently. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.
Also 5 stars to Kimberley yoga who instructed us in yoga on our SUPs. She is a master of her craft and can’t recommend the experience highly enough!
Fantastic. Great experience. My son had his first ever surf lesson and loved it. Can’t thank Adam for looking after us. Would thoroughly recommend it. Will be back soon.
I went along to a SUP lesson and SUP Yoga session - it was brilliant. This was at Portknockie Harbour on a rather cool, windy evening so I was a little apprehensive but as ever Adam's enthusiasm and calm teaching method made the SUP session fantastic and the hour went too quickly. The Yoga with Kimberley was also brilliant and what an amazing experience to do 'downward dog' on the water ! Tested the balance but it was wonderful. Would highly recommend the experience.
Top class teacher & brilliant fun. Highly recommended. Will definitely be doing paddle boarding again.
As always a great day out in the beautiful clear sea at Cullen with Adam. We were a party of two friends and a tween, thoroughly enjoyed by us all. Most beautiful spot in the world and right on our doorstep 🤗
Brilliant Paddleboard Lesson, Adam was helpful, patient and taught us loads in 2 hours. Great fun and really took care of my 9 year old (even though she was way better than me!). Highly recommended

I had the best time learning how to surf and paddleboard with Adam! He is an incredible teacher - really encouraging and patient, and makes everything so much fun. The lessons flow so well and the coastal paddleboard tour to Bowfiddle Rock was a dream.Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back again!
This is an unbeatable experience! Adam’s lessons are so fun and really flexible - everyone gets personalised, judgement-free help and guidance no matter what level of ability they’re at. It’s a great relaxed setting that makes you feel super comfortable, but at the same time Adam is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I came away with a lot more than I was expecting. I can’t recommend the paddleboard lessons & coastal tours enough!
Had a blast. It was great from start to finish the instructors are great really friendly and put you at ease. Its all about the enjoyment I even had time for a rest floating around the harbour due to falling in so many times. Its a really relaxed atmosphere the equipment provided is top condition and the wet suits keep you really warm in the sea crazy I know. Had a brilliant time I will definitely be going back for a tour of the coast
