An amazing experience learning how to paddle board. I didn't think I'd be able to stand at all on mine as I have extremely poor balance due to a disability in my ankles but Adam was a perfect teacher! He made us all very comfortable with the water and we all had a laugh and were able to get going quite quickly. Would 100% recommend for all ages!

My family had a fantastic time with a paddleboard lesson from Blue Coast Surf and Paddle. Very easy to book online and to navigate their website. Good communication prior to the lesson. On the day Adam was fantastic and really helpful with the kids. They had a great time over a two hour lesson. Wet suits were included in the cost of the booking so no need to bring your own. All round great time and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
We had a fantastic private session this evening at Portknockie Harbour. Adam taught us all the basics and helped us all get on our feet on the paddleboards. A really great evening with some absolutely brilliant laughs. Really finding our confidence on the paddleboards and even having some fun games with them too. Thank you Adam for making the booking so easy and taking care of everything for us 🏄♀️😁
3 of us took part in an introduction to SUP and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Adam was very welcoming and the lesson went at a perfect pace. We all had plenty of time to get to grips with a technique before we went on to the next. We can’t wait to get back to try one of the tours. Thank you ☺️ would highly recommend!
The Stretch and Surf Yoga Mini Retreat was excellent! Adam is a great surf instructor - his 2-hour lesson flew by and for the first time ever, I was able to stand up on the board! I loved it. And combining the surfing with Megan's lovely and calming yoga (while listening to the waves) before and after it was so good. A really great day with the opportunity to meet some lovely people,would definitely recommend!
I've had surf and SUP lessons with Adam now and I would highly recommend both. Adam is so calm and patient and really knows his stuff - I've learnt so much in the three lessons I've had and finally stood up on the surfboard! He's great with kids and with adults alike. A great experience all round!
Brilliant couple of hours surfing on Cullen beach. Boys thoroughly enjoyed it. Adam was a great instructor and all equipment was provided. Would recommend and we will be back again 😀
