All 3 girls had a fantastic time and were taught new skills. After years of surfing on holidays after this experience our youngest wants to take up surfing as a hobby, so it must have been great fun!
As a fifty something female trying paddle boarding for the first time I was a bit nervous about how things were going to go. Adam was awesome. He made me feel comfortable straight away and I came away with so much more than I expected. I learned so much while having great chat and developing my skills gradually throughout the lesson. Just the right level of challenge at each point. Whatever it is you fancy - go for it!
I went for a beginner’s SUP lesson today with Adam, as I wanted to be taught by a pro before going out on the water with friends. I quickly gained confidence on the board and really enjoyed the entire 2 hours - it flew by!

We had the best time with Adam learning to paddle board in a private session. He was so patient, friendly and relaxed. We paddled all the way out to bow fiddle and were met with a pod of dolphins! It was incredible being sat on the paddle board with dolphins swimming underneath us and surfacing all around us. It’s hard to put into words how incredible it was. Would seriously recommend anyone who hasn’t booked a session with Adam to get one booked. The wetsuits provided are so warm and we didn’t feel cold once. We had such an amazing time that we are now looking to book some surf lessons with him to. Thanks so much Adam
We had paddle boarding lessons today with Adam and it was fantastic! Out to the Bow fiddle rock where we were greeted by a pod of dolphins! Incredible experience! Adam is a top bloke who was patient and relaxed, all the equipment is provided and kept us warm despite more than one dip in the sea 😂 Would highly recommend 🙌
A great surf lesson with Adam. He is an excellent teacher and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is encouraging and makes the learning fun. 2 hours flew by - it was great fun and I will definitely go again. Highly recommend !
I have always wanted to learn to surf so when Blue Coast Surf school opened in Cullen, I was delighted. I had a great lesson with Adam - he is an excellent teacher, His instructions are clear and he demonstrates the technique on the beach and then is in the water to assist, encourage and instruct. It was a fabulous 2 hrs - didn't quite master it all but had a great time. I will be going again.I highly recommend surfing with Adam
Absolutely brilliant day learning to surf, I would totally recommend trying it out it’s such good fun, Adam was brilliant and very patient, no matter what age you got to give it a go!! I guarantee he will get you surfing or even get you to paddle board!!
Had such a brilliant day learning to surf, Adam was extremely patient and good fun and has a great set up and very knowledgeable, if it’s something you always fancied doing then would definitely recommend going to see Adam, no matter what your age or experience you will love it!!
Adam has a gem of a location for his surf company with Cullen a gorgeous backdrop and views out across the Moray Firth.
Adam is also an awesome dude and fabulous surfing coach… for us newbies to the sport. Patient, knowledgeable and great fun too. We had an absolute blast.
Having considered giving surfing a go for the longest time, a session with Adam made me realise I had wasted so much time just thinking about it. Just get in and on the board and give it a go.
