Cannot recommend Adam and Blue Coast Surf strongly enough. We had a fantastic couple of hours learning how to SUP in Portknockie Harbour on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
Adams teaching style is very relaxed and laid back and our safety was obviously paramount at all times.
Adam noticed it was taking me a bit longer to pick it up than some of the other students and took the time to give me a bit of a one-to-one which really helped and for that I’m extremely grateful.
My partner and I can’t wait to come back and will definitely be repeat customers!!
First time paddle boarding and loved it. Adam is an excellent instructor. Brilliant lesson & tour. Highly recommend ace way to pass a few hours. Will definitely be making this a regular pass time🤩

We had so much fun learning to paddleboard with Adam. The location is ideal and all of the equipment was great. Adam is a lovely person and a great instructor. We felt like we were in very safe and knowledgeable hands. We can't imagine a better person to learn from. We would definitely recommend this experience.
I had the best time surfing alongside Adam’s surfing class last week. The board I hired from him was perfect for me and very high quality. I also got many valuable tips from him on how to improve my surfing. The atmosphere was great and the beach was just stunning!
All 3 girls had a fantastic time and were taught new skills. After years of surfing on holidays after this experience our youngest wants to take up surfing as a hobby, so it must have been great fun!
As a fifty something female trying paddle boarding for the first time I was a bit nervous about how things were going to go. Adam was awesome. He made me feel comfortable straight away and I came away with so much more than I expected. I learned so much while having great chat and developing my skills gradually throughout the lesson. Just the right level of challenge at each point. Whatever it is you fancy - go for it!

We had the best time with Adam learning to paddle board in a private session. He was so patient, friendly and relaxed. We paddled all the way out to bow fiddle and were met with a pod of dolphins! It was incredible being sat on the paddle board with dolphins swimming underneath us and surfacing all around us. It’s hard to put into words how incredible it was. Would seriously recommend anyone who hasn’t booked a session with Adam to get one booked. The wetsuits provided are so warm and we didn’t feel cold once. We had such an amazing time that we are now looking to book some surf lessons with him to. Thanks so much Adam
We had paddle boarding lessons today with Adam and it was fantastic! Out to the Bow fiddle rock where we were greeted by a pod of dolphins! Incredible experience! Adam is a top bloke who was patient and relaxed, all the equipment is provided and kept us warm despite more than one dip in the sea 😂 Would highly recommend 🙌
A great surf lesson with Adam. He is an excellent teacher and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is encouraging and makes the learning fun. 2 hours flew by - it was great fun and I will definitely go again. Highly recommend !
