I was gifted a surf lesson for father's day. We arrived at cullen and was met by our instructor Toby. Very chill, friendly and down to earth. Clearly loves his job as he is a great teacher and when you managed to catch a wave or not I felt he genuinely shared your excitement. He was fantastic with the adults and kids. And made the whole experience 100% better.
The kit and equipment were great and in great condition. Honestly not a bad thing to say about this experience. The whole family walked away and want to take up surfing as a full time hobby.If anyone is thinking of something to do one afternoon or even a unique gift then I would highly recommend blue Coast!
Tuition is very good. Grand-daughter now doing it for third year and is really enjoying the experience and growing in capability. Buying a block of lessons and using them over late spring and summer gives her something to look forward to.
Amazing morning paddle boarding , Saoirse was our instructor and she made the session fun for everyone . Would reccomend 100 % to everyone
Had a fantastic experience at Blue Coast, attended at Portknockie Harbour for a SUP lesson and tour. Adam was very informative and helpful with all instructions and we had a lot of practice in the harbour where we safely manoeuvred the paddleboard before heading out to sea. It was a glorious day and I spent a lot of time in the sea but that didn’t spoil my enjoyment l. Highly recommend this experience

I had such a brilliant time from start to finish. Booking was really easy, and the whole experience was so enjoyable. Adam, the lead instructor, was fantastic - so patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. His calm, encouraging style made learning to surf feel totally achievable and fun. His assistant was also great (I wish I could remember their name!), both of them created such a welcoming, supportive atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend Blue Coast to anyone thinking about giving surfing a try!
Amazing afternoon learning about paddleboarding. . Adam was a brilliant instructor and he covered such a lot of different techniques on the paddle board in the 2 hour session which just flew by.

Thinking you'd like to try SUP? Then go ahead and book! I did and we had a super experience. Adam was a great instructor - very encouraging and patient too. He managed to progress us from kneeling to standing, taught us rescue techniques, had us off/on our paddleboards and splashing around too! Lots achieved in the 2 hour session. Lots of fun and laughs - we all enjoyed our afternoon.Price of activity, ease of booking, equipment provided - all very good.
Hired boards for the morning, super easy to collect and some great tips on where best and safe to board. 100% recommend
